Board Meeting & IMPORTANT Planning Discussion @ Margaret Pulito's home
Apr 3 @ 9:00 am

All members of the Garden Club are invited to participate in a planning discussion that will decide the WHGC leadership.  If you have an email buddy, please pass along this information. This meeting will be held at Margaret Pulito’s home on Monday, April 3. You may arrive to Margaret’s at 9:00 am, find a seat, and be ready to begin promptly at 9:30.

We will have a VERY brief business meeting first.  We’ll hear brief reports from the Executive Board and any urgent business from other committees.  Committee Chairs – If you have a report, please submit to Pat Moores for accurate recording.  Also, please copy Ann Painter, April meeting presider.

We will break up into three groups to discuss one of three club leadership options and report back to the total group for a final recommendation to be presented to the general membership.

1. Revisions to the current President and VP leadership structure to one that would allow you to take part.

2. Creating a new leadership structure with a team of 3 leaders that divide up duties as they choose such that you would be willing to participate on the team. (For both options 1 and 2, decide which responsibilities remain within the leadership structure and which are reassigned or abandoned.)

3. Develop a proposal  for a process to dissolve the club including tasks and timelines and distribution of funds.

Please take a moment to read the leadership duties for dissolution of the club.  You can either open the attachments or scroll down and read in the body of the email.

RSVP to Margaret by Saturday, April 1.
Thank you – Susan Petty-Bailer, Joan Martin, Margaret Pulito, and Ann Painter
