HATS OFF TO OUR OFFICERS!!
If the plans for the June meeting go forward with the theme of “Hats off to the Officers,” an informational e-blast will go out to the membership with creative ideas for decorating a hat with fresh flowers. The goal is to have each member wear their hat to the meeting, whatever the meeting format. This will be a fun way to end our Club’s year.

Join us for a one-day plant sale in support of the Elizabeth Park Rose Garden.
The sale will feature plants grown in our historic greenhouse, as well as rose bushes from the Elizabeth Park Collection.
Please practice social distancing by keeping a six-foot distance from others when possible. Masks are required.
The Asylum Avenue entrance will be open to vehicles during the sale.

America’s oldest public rose garden will celebrate its 116th anniversary Saturday, June 20 and Sunday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a wide range of free educational and family-friendly activities. The annual event showcases the Park’s stunning gardens at the peak of their seasonal beauty, featuring thousands of rose bushes and arches in bloom.

Please plan to give us at least one hour of your time during the morning. Please bring your favorite tools for weeding and pruning. One of us will arrive at the garden by 8:30 a.m. Need a ride or directions? Let one of us know when you reply.
PARKING: Parking will be in the newly paved lot next to the Amos Bull House on South Prospect Street. We encourage you to carpool as space is limited.
We plan to work if the rain is light. If it is pouring, you will get a cancellation call by 8:00 a.m.
