Here are the details for the upcoming June 2nd Field Trip to the Bellamy-Ferriday House & Garden, 9 Main Street N, Bethlehem, CT. We will have the tour rain or shine. Tour starts at 10:30 am.
The trip will also include a lunch in Woodbury, CT, and then a stop at “Earth Tones,” a native plant nursery, also in Woodbury, CT.
For those who would like to carpool, we will meet at 9:00-9:15 am at the parking lot opposite Target. Please let me know if you would like to volunteer to be one of the drivers. So far, myself and Charlotte Massie have volunteered to drive.
The cost of the tour of the Bellamy-Ferriday House & Garden is $12 and limited to the first 20 people who sign up and send in their check made out to “West Hartford Garden Club.” Please send to my home address:

We are limiting to the first 20 people in the Garden Club but are allowing family members through May 19th. If space is available after the 19th, we will open it up to non-members.
June Board meeting will be held outside at Ann Painter’s if weather permits. If not, it will be a Zoom meeting.

Noah Webster House has invited us to come to their Food Truck event. We will be able to sell plants there, promote our Autumn Splendor Garden Tour and our club. Please contact Madeleine if you are willing to donate plants or volunteer for this event. You are welcome to bring plants to Noah Webster on Wednesday, June 9.
If you have plants that need to be sold before that, please bring them to Julie Przybycien’s at 181 Steele Road, West Hartford. Julie will hold POP-UP PLANT SALE on an as needed basis.
