Please bring your garden tools, and we will provide the brown bags. Please let Margaret know by email at mpulito@gmail.com or by phone at 860-521-1026 if you are available to help.
1. Shifts are scheduled from 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
2. At least 3 volunteers are needed for each shift.
3. If it is raining on your scheduled day, the rain date will be the next day.
4. Plan to bring the same items you take to work at Butler-McCook.
Any questions, please contact Marj Johnson at mejohnson3@outlook.com or Irene Clark at i.clark@sbcglobal.net.
Reminder: The final Flower Arranging Study Group workshop will be Wednesday, May 16, at the Noah Webster House from 2-4 p.m. Janet Ward will kindly demonstrate ways of using branches with our arrangements. Members will be given the same flowers to create their own arrangement. We will also have wet foam oasis available should you wish to use this. Please bring a vase or container (6-8 inches) and pruners/scissors. If you have some suitable branches from your garden, then please brings them also. This should be a fun way to end our year!
If you would like to join the group, please contact Sheila Daley at tek_systems@yahoo.com or Mary Mulcahy at mulcahymaryp@gmail.com asap as we need to have a count to purchase the correct amount of flowers.
Thank you.
We will be planting flowers with the students. Please bring your garden tools and a watering can. We look forward to working with you and the children on this worthwhile Garden Club and Community Project.
