2. At least 3 volunteers are needed for each shift.
3. If it is raining on your scheduled day, the rain date will be the next day.
4. Plan to bring the same items you take to work at Butler-McCook.

Julie Przybycien and Madeleine Hexter are planning a trip to Connecticut College Arboretum on Wednesday June 20, 2018. They plan to leave from Madeleine’s house at 142 Bainbridge Road, West Hartford, at 9 am. The tour will start at 10:30 am. Lunch will be at Muddy Waters in New London followed by a visit to the Lavender Pond Farm in Killingworth. Return around 5 pm.

The Connecticut Horticultural Society will host Paul Zimmerman, Rosarian, in a program entitled “Roses are Plants, too”, to take place on June 21 starting at 6:30 pm. Location: Emanuel Synagogue Auditorium – 160 Mohegan Drive, West Hartford. Cost for non-members is $10. Call Irene Clark for 2 free passes available to “first come, first serve.”
