All members of the Garden Club are invited to participate in a planning discussion that will decide the WHGC leadership. If you have an email buddy, please pass along this information. This meeting will be held at Margaret Pulito’s home on Monday, April 3. You may arrive to Margaret’s at 9:00 am, find a seat, and be ready to begin promptly at 9:30.
We will break up into three groups to discuss one of three club leadership options and report back to the total group for a final recommendation to be presented to the general membership.
1. Revisions to the current President and VP leadership structure to one that would allow you to take part.
2. Creating a new leadership structure with a team of 3 leaders that divide up duties as they choose such that you would be willing to participate on the team. (For both options 1 and 2, decide which responsibilities remain within the leadership structure and which are reassigned or abandoned.)
